Chocolate Covered Cherries
Chocolate covered cherries offer the best of both worlds: our signature milk or dark chocolate punctuated by syrupy inflections of candied fruit. The cloying nature of maraschino cherries would be overpowering if not for the balancing of flavors that occurs when cherry meets chocolate. Just be careful when biting the spherical treat in two; the delicious and flavorful creams tend to ooze from within.
