Dark Chocolate Cocoa Truffles
Perhaps the most traditional confection creation in the showcase, it has been said that the first truffles were made from spherical spoonfuls of ganache covered in chocolate and rolled in a powdery cocoa blend. These lightly dusted cocoa truffles, with their rich, smooth filling, can be traced back to French beginnings. We've simplified the process by bringing them a bit closer to home.
